FBI season 2 episode 4 is set to air next week, and this will be an important episode for the people within the Bureau and the mistakes they had from the past. The series indeed handled every single case perfectly, but some of the characters are still going to face errors and mishaps. Now, here's what we can expect in the upcoming episode, titled "An Imperfect Science."
In FBI season 2 episode 4, the FBI may have possibly ignored previous threats from a local white supremacist group following a shooting at a night club. In "An Imperfect Science," the FBI needs to backtrack and realize that ignoring some previous threats is dangerous for the community.
They should consider the fact that they could have done something different, but they chose not to when the dust settled. Yet, before FBI season 2 episode 3 ends, it's very likely the FBI team could undo their past mistakes -- though they couldn't forget them just like that.
The team should find a way and learn from what happened. So, they'd be more careful next time. In addition to that, the upcoming episode will also feature Kristen wrestles with her commitment to the Bureau, as well as her responsibility to her community.
In another related report, a new cast is joining the CBS series this coming fall. Bones alum John Boyd has been assigned as a new series regular, and he'll be playing the role of Agent Stuart Scola. The character will not be appearing in FBI season 2 episode 4, instead, we're going to see him in the fifth episode.
In a report via Deadline, Boyd's character is described as "silver-tongued, fast-talking, quick-witted former Wall Street agent that turned to be an FBI agent." The actor was initially tapped to have a recurring role and was set to appear in three episodes until he was promoted as a series regular.
Right now, no further details were revealed about Boyd's character. But, he's someone who isn't interested in playing by the rules and had a relationship with Jubal Valentine. Boyd is known for his role on FOX's Bones, where he plays James Aubrey. He also appeared in other movies like Argo, and Peppermint.
Boyd will be joining other FBI series regulars, including Alana De La Garza, Ebonée Noel, Jeremy Sisto, Zeeko Zaki, as well as Missy Peregrym.
FBI season 2 episode 4 will arrive on Tuesday, October 15, on CBS.
