The Walking Dead season 10 episode 4 is set to release later this week and the battle between the survivors and the Whisperers continue. Here's what we can expect in the upcoming episode, titled "Silence the Whisperers."
The trailer of The Walking Dead season 10 episode 4 shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to the survivors and the Whisperers. The clip opens with Michonne riding a horse and looks deep in thought. Perhaps, she's thinking about the chance Carol has to kill Alpha.
The trailer, then, shifts to another scene, where it shows Lydia at the Alexandria. She's holding a basket of apples while trying to do her best to fit in. However, she's been continually being ignored and bullied by the members of the community.
But, it seems like she has reached her breaking point as she tells Daryl she's not going "to smile and take it." In The Walking Dead season 10 episode 4, resentment for the Whisperers is high in the camp and the words "Silence the Whisperers" were written in one of the doors in Alexandria.
Everything gets even more intense when Lydia hush to one of the members of the group -- a motion likely similar to the Whisperers. Then, the trailer reveals the biggest twist in the upcoming episode. Ezekiel was seen running through the Hilltop, and it looks like he's panicking.
The base is being attacked by heard of Walkers, and many believed it to be Alpha, Beta, and their army. At the Hilltop, nine survivors were injured, which leads to a conversation as to who's to blame. But, they have a bigger problem than just deciding whether or not it's the Whisperers.
The trailer shows the group trying to fight the heard of the dead, with Yumiko firing off her arrows. The Hilltop, however, has been outnumbered. Is this a sign we're going to see the Militia's bases fall once again? Or can they find a way to defeat their enemies?
As for what other things to expect in The Walking Dead season 10 episode 4, we're going to see whether or not Carol is going to be okay. She has been through a lot, and she's now one of the main targets of the Whisperers.
The more she talked back to Alpha, the more she put herself in danger. Things will surely be even messier in the future. But, it is unlikely Carol will die. However, she could lose more people she loves along the way.
The Walking Dead season 10 episode 4 will air on Sunday, October 27, on AMC in the U.S., and Monday on FOX in the UK.
