WARNING: This article contains spoilers for Watchmen season 1 episode 2. Read at your own risk.

Watchmen season 1 episode 2 will be released later this week and it seems like everything got even messier from here. Titled "Martial Feats of Comanche Horsemanship," the upcoming episode will see Angela Abar a.k.a. Sister Night meeting Will Reeves.

HBO released the trailer of Watchmen season 1 episode 2, which featured Angela/Sister Night (Regina King) dealing with her friend, as well as Chief of Police Judd Crawford's (Don Johnson) death. While dealing with the same, she'll meet Will Reeves (Louis Gossett Jr.), a 105-year-old man who claimed he's behind the Chief's death.

Sister Night, however, doubted his confession and thought how man in a wheelchair can kill another man. To find some answers, she decided to visit the place where Crawford was strung up. In addition to that, Sister Night also needs to find out who Reeves really is and if he's the one who really killed the Chief.

Almost everything about Reeves seems to be unknown for now, aside from the fact that he's escaped a race riot when he was a little boy. What he has been through over the past years and his motivations for killing Crawford are some of the things that Angela would explore as the series goes on.

Some theories also suggest that he's Hooded Justice -- the original masked vigilante whose identity was never revealed. Also, a blue tree where Sister Night stands in front of reflects Reeves' image as a young boy. The scene hints the connection between him, Ozymandias (Jeremy Irons), and Dr. Manhattan.

In another part of Watchmen season 1 episode 2, we will also meet Laurie Blake (Jean Smart). She used to be Silk Spectre, but she retired and she's now an FBI agent. The trailer showed that everyone believed the 7th Calvary was behind's Crawford's death, but Blake -- who's investigating the case -- isn't ready to take the words of the police on this one.

Blake talked to someone who doesn't think the 7th Calvary isn't involved and this hinted that cops weren't trustworthy within this series. In one of the scenes, the cops hold a line of blindfolded men, and it seems like they have been selected on suspicions of being involved at the 7th Calvary. However, the way they held the interrogation, these men couldn't claim their innocence at all.

Watchmen season 1 episode 2 will air Sunday, October 27, on HBO.
