WARNING: This article may contain spoilers for NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 6. Read at your own risk.
There will be no NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 6 arriving on CBS next week. This is bad news for fans and the network hasn't released the synopsis and the title of the upcoming episode as well. Despite that, the sixth episode will likely continue the story of Lasalle searching the killer of his brother, Cade.
Since there will be no NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 6 next week, CarterMatt speculated the series will return on Tuesday, Nov. 5, on CBS. However, the network hasn't confirmed any details about the latest episode; the announcement will probably come out a bit later next week.
In NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 6, we will probably see the continuation of Lasalle's arc in the previous episode. We saw him trying to hunt down Cade's killer, but he couldn't really get a clear answer. Someone already confessed to the killing, yet it seems like this someone isn't really the murderer.
The guy who confessed likely covered up the real killer of Cade. Possibly, someone from the higher up forced this guy to claim the murder, thus someone is still out there walking freely on the street -- but is the real killer of Lasalle's brother.
Cade went missing after helping Will, his girlfriend's son. Will sells drugs, but he loses a consignment of drugs. So, Cade left him and his girlfriend at a motel to keep them safe. Cade, however, never returned to the motel.
To find out what happened to his brother, Lasalle and Sebastian went to Mobile, Alabama to track down the homeless man who was caught using the Cade's credit card. While there, the two found a badly burnt body in the forest, and Dr. Wade confirmed it was Cade's body.
Since then, Lasalle has been searching for his brother's killer. There have been several clues as to who killed Cade but all of these eventually hit a dead end. This also pushes Lasalle over the edge. Since he feels helpless right now, he could probably do something that would jeopardize the case and harm others as well.
Lasalle is a strong and silent type of man, but he'll explode once he reaches his breaking point. So, his search for his brother's killer will continue in NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 6, especially since this is a case-of-the-week mystery. The series wouldn't likely move to another case until Cade's murder will be solved.
