Mission Impossible actor Tom Cruise has become the face of many tabloids and reports recently. Based on headlines, it has been reported that he and daughter, Suri Cruise, are reuniting after six years of being "estranged."
These reports surprised a lot of fans given the seemingly vague history between the two. But, what made it more shocking is when it has been stated that his ex-wife, Katie Holmes, is setting the meeting up.
According to several tabloids and magazines, Suri has spent the last six years of her life trying to reach out to her father. Unfortunately, no response was ever made until recently when Tom decided to answer back as per sources.
Tom Cruise, finally, responded to Suri's "heartbreaking email" and decided to reunite with her. She was about to "give up" already but, then, her estranged father's email came.
The sources further contended that the actor "explained" in the email why he has been "absent" all these years. Even so, he wants to make up for the lost time, if it's not too late.
More emails and FaceTime sessions followed after as explained by the publications' sources. They are now trying to keep up with each other's lives since they've missed a lot over the last few years.
On Katie Holmes' part, she has been reported to feel a little "cautiously optimistic" for her daughter's reunion with Tom Cruise. Seeing Suri "happy" about it makes her more supportive of the upcoming meeting, the sources added.
While these things may appear as good and great news, especially for the fans, Gossip Cop learned that none of these assertions and reports are true. As it happens, they are all made-up stories created by the tabloids and magazines.
The reputable publication noted that a representative of Katie Holmes "confirmed" that these are all fabricated stories. It was also revealed that the rep told these tabloids and magazines that the stories were all untrue. Even so, they still went it for it, anyway, and published their stories.
Upon confirmation, it was also revealed that Tom Cruise has remained "estranged" from Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise. There was no exchange of emails and messages between the actor and her daughter. Also, Katie is not arranging any meeting for the supposed reunion.
Gossip Cop went on to share that these tabloids and magazines have been publishing and releasing headlines that are false and untrue since then. So, needless to say, the stories that were run recently are nothing but false claims.
