Knowing how traditional the royal family is, Meghan Markle has more modern views when it comes to parenting. There are reports that the parenting style of Prince Harry's wife started to change and she wants her kid to have a sense of adventure at a young age.
Meghan and Prince Harry welcomed their first child, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, in May. According to Express, the former Suits star has a new approach to parenting when she brought Archie with them when they visited South Africa.
A couple of days after Archie was born, Meghan Markle stepped out with their firstborn at Windsor Castle. Knowing how Prince Harry wanted to give his child a private life, the little kid stayed out from the limelight.
However, during the Sussexes' recent Africa tour, Meghan and Prince Harry brought Archie with them. It was the kid's first-ever royal engagement as they met Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
In the controversial ITV documentary, Meghan Markle revealed the difficulties of being a first-time mom. The former actress said that any woman became vulnerable when they were pregnant.
It was a challenging phase for Meghan and it was a handful with a newborn in tow. However, despite the struggles of being a new mother, the Duchess of Sussex is now confident to be a mom.
The Baby Show show director Zoe Bonser noticed that Meghan Markle is trying to instill a sense of adventure to her son and is confident in what she wanted as a parent. When she brought Archie to South Africa, she looked more comfortable and confident compared to the past.
"Meghan seems a lot more relaxed in her position as a mother than she did five months ago," Zoe revealed. She, too, looked totally at ease when she held Archie and while in front of the camera when she introduced him to Archbishop Tutu.
Meghan Markle, reportedly, wanted to stay as close to her son as possible. Hence, he might regularly join royal tours after reports emerged that Prince Harry's wife already brought him to Ibiza and France.
This only shows that Meghan wants to make sure that Archie is comfortable traveling and will have a sense of adventure at a young age. "The fact that she and Harry were unafraid to take that long journey to South Africa shows that she is trying to instill in Archie an intrepid sense of adventure from a very young age," Zoe added. It also proves that she is more than just a duchess and a mom as she and Prince Harry enjoy their life independently.
