In the new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian admitted that she missed her ex-husband, Lamar Odom. However, the 35-year-old star assured that she has no plans to meet him in person after learning he is already happy with his new girlfriend, Sabrina Parr.
Khloe has so much respect for Odom's new relationship that she will never dare to meet her ex-boyfriend. However, according to her, she misses him "all the time." This only proves that the 2011 NBA Sixth Man of the Year will always have a special place in her heart.
In the same day of KUWTK's Oct. 27 episode is the release of Odom's memoir titled Darkness to Light. It was also the same time when Odom tried to make amends with his ex-wife. The two started texting when he, eventually, called her to say that he wanted to see her in person.
Odom told Khloe that he would love to meet her. He even admitted that had been dying to meet her in person after what happened. With all the things that they had been through, the famed basketball player knew that they had a lot of things to talk about.
However, Khloe was a little hesitant to meet him. Her sister, Kim Kardashian, even urged her to see him face-to-face to clear all the things between them. Kim knew it would be an excellent opportunity for the ex-couple to talk after Odom's health incident, but Khloe said that she was wary about it.
Khloe went on to say that she did everything in her power to be there for Odom through sickness and health after the overdose incident, per Daily Mail Online. At the time, she knew he was not yet ready to change his unfortunate situation. So, she decided to let him go.
She never thought twice about her decision and why they stopped talking or having any communication after that. "Now knowing that he has a girlfriend, it makes my decision so much easier because I don't want to ever be disrespectful," Khloe said, via HollywoodLife.
She also told Kim that she felt good seeing him in public, saying that he was sorry about everything that happened to them. Khloe also cleared that there's no bad blood between them, despite her decision not to see him.
Tristan Thompson's ex went on to say that she loves Odom and he has a huge part and special place in her life. She also has so much respect for him that she only wants beautiful things to come his way. Khloe later said in the confessional that it made her feel good to have a "decent, nice conversation" with Lamar.
