Rumors have been circulating that Gwen Stefani and Kelly Clarkson are clashing on The Voice Season 17. The two singers, reportedly, feuding behind the camera because of Clarkson's "annoying" personality. However, the two have proven that there is nothing nasty going on behind the scenes of the NBC reality show.

The Life & Style magazine claimed on its recent issue that Stefani and Clarkson have been feuding on the show because of the latter's alleged "over-the-top enthusiasm" on the show. A source of the publication said Gwen thinks Kelly's personality is flat-out "annoying."

"Gwen isn't feeling Kelly's over-the-top enthusiasm. She can't help but cringe every time Kelly screams or starts jumping out of her chair," the source told the publication.

The insider added that Gwen is not the only one that hates Kelly's attitude. Even Stefani's boyfriend and The Voice long-time coach Blake Shelton. Apparently, the country crooner thinks with Kelly around, they are like working with an annoying little sister.

Gossip Cop stressed that there is nothing true about the Life & Style story. In fact, Gwen and Kelly are getting along really well on the show despite working in a highly competitive show even among coaches.

Stefani, recently, shared on Instagram a video that Clarkson posted about her being a crazy fan of the No Doubt lead vocalist. The clip is part of the "Girl Power" video from The Voice. In the video, Stefani mentions that the "Because of You" singer is also a frequent guest at her and Shelton's home for dinners and playdates with their kids.

Gossip Cop pointed out that there is no basis that Shelton's girlfriend to say that the American Idol winner is "over-the-top enthusiasm." The site noted that everyone on the show jumps off their chair in enthusiasm whenever they got mesmerized by a contestant.

It is also worthy to note that Shelton has nothing against Clarkson. The two are close friends even before the "A Moment Like This" hitmaker joined The Voice since Clarkson's husband, Brandon Blackstock is Shelton's manager.

Both Stefani and Clarkson work on The Voice for four seasons but Season 17 is their first time together in the coaches' chair. The mutual respect among coaches of the reality show remains despite the constant stealing of contestants. For instance in last week's episode, Clarkson managed to stole Kiara Brown from Stefani while this week, Stefani snatched Joana Martinez from Shelton.

Catch Kelly Clarkson, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and John Legend on The Voice Season 17. The reality show airs every Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT/PDT on NBC.
