The days of some characters in The Walking Dead Season 10 are numbered. Everyone already knew this is Michonne's final season but she may not be the only one who will bow down in the upcoming episodes.

In the previous Episode 4, Michonne (Danai Gurira) along with Judith (Cailey Fleming) and Luke (Dan Fogler) travel to Oceanside to help the community with walkers. This makes fans wonder if all of them will return home alive.

Fans pointed out it is likely that at least one in the group would not return home and that could be Michonne. Gurira confirmed, during the San Diego Comic-Con in July, that Season 10 will be her last installment.

In her emotional statement at the time, the Black Panther actress thanked the fans and everyone in the show for the experience she had for the past 10 years. During the SDCC, the hit zombie apocalypse series also dropped a trailer, which featured Michonne at the end holding Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) famous bat Lucille.

Many fans, however, theorized that Michonne may not die in The Walking Dead Season 10. Instead, she may be written off in a Rick Grimes-like fashion. Others speculate that Michonne might join the Oceanside's pirate crew in search of Rick (Andrew Lincoln).

The reason for fans' theories that Michonne survives Season 10 is because of what franchise chief content officer Scott Gimple had also said. Gimple hinted that Gurira's exit from The Walking Dead Season 10 is not the end of Michonne in TWD Universe.

AMC has yet to release a hint on how the katana-wielding zombie slayer will go down other than saying the character's departure will be "epic." When asked about the Michonne moment holding Lucille in a very scary Negan-esque manner, showrunner Angela Kang refused to divulge any more details but said its going to be epic.

"We know that this is Danai's final season and there's going to be some really cool epic sh*t, is what I can say," Kang told Entertainment Weekly prior to Season 10 premiere.

Meanwhile, some fans also speculate that this could be Luke's last season. TV Guide noted that Luke looked too happy in Episode 4. As many know in The Walking Dead, most often than not happiness connotes bad things are about to happen.

The beloved member of The Hilltop made a dramatic farewell to his people as he excitedly hopped into the car with Michonne on their way to help Oceanside. Many viewers can't help but wonder if the scene is a sign that they may not see Luke ever again.

The Walking Dead Season 10 airs Sundays at 9/8c on AMC. Episode 10, titled "What It Always Is," is scheduled for release on November 3.
