Angelina Jolie joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the Eternals, playing the role of Thena. As this film also features Kit Harington, there are new rumors that the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil star is flirting with the Game of Thrones actor.

A tabloid made a questionable headline that read, "Watch Out, Rose! Angie Cozies Up to Kit," warning Harington's wife, Rose Leslie, to be alerted, as Jolie is, allegedly, cozying up with her husband. A so-called source is claiming Brad Pitt's ex couldn't help herself flirting with the 32-year-old actor while filming their new superhero film in England.

"While Kit would never act on it, it is Angelina Jolie. There's no denying her effect on men," the insider said. The 44-year-old star is said to have a way of looking at someone that will make them feel like they're the center of her universe.

Allegedly, Jolie's reputation of stealing someone's husband, just like what happened when she was working with Pitt when she was still married to Jennifer Aniston, still preceded her. Although Rose has nothing to worry about Harington, the tipster contended she should still watch her back.

Gossip Cop debunked this story, stressing the claim is only fabricated. It only made-up a story to create some drama because Jolie is working with another famous married man. A source close to the actress even described the article's premise as "flat-out ridiculous."

Harington's pal even insisted that there is no truth to this story. There is nothing flirtatious or unprofessional going on the set or even between him and Jolie.

The Eternals will be the latest offering from the MCU that may lay the foundations for the X-Men. It will feature an array of A-list stars like Jolie, Harington, Salma Hayek, and Richard Madden, among others.

There have been longstanding questions about the introduction of the X-Men into the MCU. Ever since Disney acquired the rights to X-Men and other Marvel IPs, which previously owned by Fox, fans have been wondering when would be the mutant superheroes would be part of Marvel.

Although Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has yet to reveal their plans for the X-Men, there are rumors that it will be part of the Eternals. According to Pink Villa, this group will be introduced in the post-credits scene of the upcoming MCU movie.

The Eternals may begin the coming of mutants in the MCU, starting the X-Men cannon in its shared universe. However, fans may not see a standalone movie about these superheroes yet. It may still take a while before they see them in this media franchise.
