Recently, Kim Kardashian talked about her weight on her recent Instagram story. The reality TV star revealed she gained 18 pounds, but she has plans on how to slim down before turning 40.
Kim celebrated her 39th birthday on Oct. 29, but she's got plans on her mind before turning 40. She revealed that she gained 18 pounds last year and she wanted to get back in shape before her milestone birthday.
In her Instagram story, Kim explained she's doing a night workout before dinner -- something she never did before but needs to do it now. While many think the reality TV star looks sexier, Kim admitted she's ready to lose some pounds.
Kim said she wanted to get a "good goal weight" to feel good. So, she's working out at all costs. Then, she revealed the reason why she gained extra weight is due to eating, adding that everyone can relate to this matter.
The reality TV star, then, shared that she and her trainer Melissa Alcantara have major goals by the time she reaches the age of 40. She also confirmed she weighed 119 pounds before her 18 pounds weight gain, causing her family to have concerns that she probably slimmed down a little too much.
Regardless of how Kim feels about her weight, many still think that the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star looks sexy wearing a bikini top in her Legally Blonde-inspired Halloween video that showed off her toned arms and tummy, which was posted on Oct. 31.
In another related report, fans of Taylor Swift caught Kim listening to the singer's song "Lover." The reality TV star posted a video on her Instagram story over the weekend and Swift's song can be heard on the background.
Many of the singer's fans noticed this, and they weren't impressed with the song selection, considering Kim and husband Kanye West's history with Swift and their public feud. Fans didn't think that it's a sign of peace declaration, with one fan saying they're "not gonna fall for it."
Kim publicly claimed in Sept. 2016 that she's over the Swift drama, but the singer made it clear she's not over the damage and not ready to publicly declare peace with Kim and Kanye. In August, the singer told Vogue that being "canceled" changed her.
Swift admitted that a mass public shaming is a very isolating experience. She added that, when someone is canceled, it means you're canceling a human being, not a TV show. The singer said such remarks could send a lot of meaning to this person to either disappear or to shut up.
