Adele looks more stunning today after dropping about 40 pounds of body weight. However, although this may be good for her, her friends are quite concerned about her health. Allegedly, they urge the "Hello" hitmaker to slow down and stop her diet as it becomes her obsession.

An insider told Radar Online Adele is getting obsessive with her diet. Her friends are now worried that she's taking her weight loss journey too far. She, allegedly, wants to lose more weight. So, she has been pushing herself to achieve the body of an athlete that she desires.

The 31-year-old star is, reportedly, eating only bird-sized portions and working out non-stop in the gym, often up to three times a day. "Fitness has turned into a real OCD obsession, but she can't seem to do moderation at all," the source added.

Adele's surprising weight loss came after her split from her husband, Simon Konecki. In fact, there seems to be a lot of changes since they broke-up. Mirror News reported she is now dating the Grime artist Skepta.

Adele debuted her new look at the 33rd birthday party of Drake. The mother-of-one showed off her new physique by wearing a black off-the-shoulder velvet dress and heels.

Just as expected, everyone's jaw dropped with her new figure. Adele also showed her dramatic transformation on Instagram. "I used to cry, but now I sweat," she captioned her snap from Drake's birthday party.

Adele is, reportedly, taking classes with her good friend Ayda Field, Robbie Williams' wife. Since then, she started to see dramatic results, losing more than a stone. This made the "Someone Like You" singer loved her new workout regime because it really worked for her.

It was also a bonus that she managed to shift some weight, making her friends glad that she was letting loose. "There's nothing but good feelings towards her. She's got a new lease of life," a different source said.
