Jason Hayes will finally face his problems in the upcoming SEAL Team Season 3 Episode 7. Based on the episode title, "The One You Can't See," it looks like the Bravo Team leader will finally tackle his mental health issue. It could also refer to the team's mission in the upcoming episode.
Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) will take into consideration having surgery on his injury in SEAL Team Season 3 Episode 7. In the previous episode, Jason was seen limping during a heavy firefight will some members of a tribe in Yemen. It was revealed towards the end of the episode that it was not just a simple injury as Jason was seen in severe pain.
Also in Episode 6, Jason finally talked to Dr. Natalie Pierce (Emily Swallow), the Research Physiologist working for the NHRC Department of Warfighter Performance and has been assigned to the Bravo Team. Jason agreed to talk to Natalie after he laid some ground rules, which the doctor agreed.
It is expected that there will be more interactions between the two in Episode 7 onwards. If Master Chief Jason Hayes goes under the knife in Episode 7, he will need time to heal and recover. He could use this time to start his sessions with Natalie.
This would do good for him as Jason could finally address his PTSD, and Natalie will be able to complete her study on how to increase the SEAL's operational longevity. Jason is still having nightmares about what happened in Belgrade, Serbia, in Season 3 premiere episode.
He is also struggling with the fact that he almost his team members in the previous season. It can be recalled that Clay (Max Thieriot) almost died in a bombing in the Philippines, Ray (Neil Brown Jr.) got lost in enemy territory and almost got caught and killed. Sonny (A. J. Buckley), on the other hand, almost died when he got trapped in a torpedo tube.
When Jason gets sideline, it could also mean fans and the Bravo team would be missing Jason's brilliant leadership on the field. In Episode 7, Bravo Team will be out on a mission overseas to help the Secret Service prevent a sniper attack on US dignitaries in a foreign country.
The episode synopsis did not mention which country the SEAL team will be called in this time. The country could be in a volatile situation, and dignitaries plan a visit there. The party could include the president, vice-president, or a family member of these officials as Secret Service is said to be involved in their security detail.
SEAL Team Season 3 will take a one-week break and will return for Episode 7 on November 20. It will air at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
