It will be an intense mission for the NCIS Los Angeles team as well as to the Navy SEAL. The upcoming NCIS: Los Angeles Season 11 Episode 8 will feature a terror plot that aims to take down the special US military group that killed terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden.
NCIS Agent G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and his team will investigate a car accident that involved a Navy lieutenant who disappeared from the scene. Upon investigation, the NCIS team learns that the lieutenant's laptop is missing along with some confidential information that was recently accessed. The classified information is about retired Navy SEALs.
In the teaser for Episode 8, NCIS Special Agent and Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones (Renée Felice Smith) informs Agents Callen and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) that whoever took the classified information is plotting to revenge the death of Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden and his son. This means the stolen information of retired Navy SEALs could include that of the members of the SEAL Team Six that raided the house of Bin Laden in Pakistan in 2011 and killed him in the process.
The SEALs were known for being highly secretive. The team's name, its members, and their missions are all classified. These are some of the highly-guarded information in the military to avoid retaliation from the enemies of the state.
In the upcoming NCIS: Los Angeles Season 11 Episode 8, the agents will ensure the safety of the SEALs in the stolen information as well as their families by catching the man responsible for it. It will be a tough mission as it seems like NCIS is up against a highly-trained terrorist.
The trailer showed Callen, Sam, and another man narrowly escaping a deadly car explosion. The car bomb exploded in a quiet suburb. It is likely that it was left there by the terrorist after finding out where the SEAL Team members live.
The other man with Callen and Sam looks like Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) but could also be the Navy lieutenant who vanished from the car accident. The man is seen limping and using a cane.
Meanwhile, NCIS Senior Technical Operator Eric Beale (Barrett Foa) will be missing this week's action as Nell was seen in the field. It can be recalled that Eric is off on a secret mission for Hetty (Linda Hunt).
However, Eric is expected to return in Episode 9 as it is all about him. In the episode titled "Kill Beale," Eric will be kidnapped in San Francisco. Callen and Sam will travel to the Bay Area to search for Beale and bring him home alive.
NCIS: Los Angeles Season 11 airs Sundays on CBS. Episode 8 is scheduled to be released on November 17 at 9 p.m. ET.
