According to Harper's Bazaar, Justin shared a post on Instagram about a subject that is "near and dear" to his heart - animal rescue. As it happened, he shared his experience just a few days ago with his furry friend, KUMA. He started the post by stating that "KUMA had a rough day."
Aside from his dog's photo, the director celebrity also shared a set of photos showing the other dogs they've met in Ventura County. Based on his statements, he was working near the area and found out that the Ventura County Animal Services was beside them. Later on, KUMA is said to have a feeling that there might be some "amazing puppies" in there, so, they went and met a few of them.
Justin Theroux mentioned the dogs' names including ZUMO, SHOTI, STELLA, and "NO NAME." He revealed that KUMA used to be one of them since she was a rescue dog that did not have a "forever home."
As a result, Justin, along with KUMA, decided to do something about it. The celebrity further shared that all of their "adoption fees" have been paid already. So, the process will not be inconvenient once an "amazing human" commits to take good care of them and gives them a forever home.
Jennifer Aniston's ex-husband, Justin Theroux is a known animal lover. He also shared that the adoption may be "a lot" for those who want to do it, but, he assured in the post that, once rescued, they will take more "care of you."
In the end, the hashtags, #AdoptDontShop and #PitbullsofInstagram are seen. Also, he tagged and mentioned two celebrities in the post: Selena Gomez and his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.
As reiterated by Celebrity Insider, Justin Theroux did not only tag and mention the celebrities, but, he also wrote quick notes for them.
For Selena Gomez, he said "sorry" first, then he continued by saying "you know the drill." As for Jennifer Aniston, Justin seemingly directed his note by telling her that now that she's on Instagram, she will get a lot of "this" [tags and mentions] too.
Jennifer did not respond, though. Even so, she mentioned it in one of her interviews and shared that the post was amazing.
