Jennifer Aniston recently talked about Marvel movies, while doing an interview for her new show, The Morning Show. The 50-year-old expressed her disinterest to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), which gave birth to malicious allegations that she was trying to dis Angelina Jolie, who was part of a new Marvel movie, The Eternals.
Aniston revealed she had no interest to appear in "big Marvel movies," while revealing the reason behind her decision to return to TV with her new Apple TV+ series. She also told Variety that superhero movies were trying to diminish the film industry.
A tabloid used Jennifer Aniston's comments about Marvel movies as an attack to Angelina Jolie. An alleged source claimed that Brad Pitt's ex-wife never cared about these fantasy movies before. However, everything changed when the 44-year-old actress started filming his first film for the media franchise.
The phony insider continued to say that Jennifer Aniston was also bashing Angeline Jolie over her new movie, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. The Friends star was allegedly going around and saying that the film sequel "sucked."
Jennifer Aniston was said to hate Angelina Jolie so much for stealing Brad Pitt, resulting in their split. "To Jen, it feels like Angie broke her heart for no good reason, and she's determined to make her pay," the tipster added. The magazine continued to claim that Justin Theroux's former wife has no plans to stop and continue to attack Angelia Jolie in her future interviews.
Gossip Cop debunked this made-up story, saying that her comments were "purely coincidental." Jennifer Aniston was only asked for her opinion on the changing nature of the movie industry today and how streaming services was helping.
The article was also said to be nonsense. Jennifer Aniston's spokesperson also dismissed the report. Her comments about Marvel movies had nothing to do with Angelina Jolie and not even an intentional attack against her. She was also not bashing Maleficent: Mistress of Evil as she was too busy working on her own projects.
Meanwhile, MCU already gave a glimpse to Angelina Jolie's official look as Thena in The Eternals by showing her outfit. Comicbook noted that the famed actress would be playing the role of the Greek goddess Athena's personal representative on Earth. In the film, she would look like a literal goddess in her skintight skinny costume paired with a platinum blonde that would make everyone's jaw drop.
