The royal family paid tribute to Prince Charles as he celebrated his 71st birthday. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and Kate Middleton and Prince William shared photos of their kids with the Prince of Wales, respectively, to greet him a happy birthday. As the heir to the throne had different reactions in each snap, a body language expert analyzed how he was like as a grandfather to his grandkids.

The Sussexes shared a black-and-white image of Prince Charles and Prince Harry, together with the latter's son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. "Happy birthday to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales - Sir, Pa, Grandpa!" the caption read.

The Cambridge, on the other hand, posted a snap of Kate Middleton while carrying his youngest son, Prince Louis, while playing with Prince Charles. "Wishing a very happy birthday to The Prince of Wales!" they wrote.

According to Express, body language expert Judi James saw that Prince Charles is an "equally doting granddad" to both Archie and Prince Louis. However, she claimed that he seemed more "tentative" with Prince Harry and Meghan  Markle's son.

Judie James knew that Prince Harry barely let go of Archie in his first few months. So, in their photo, it looked like Prince Charles didn't want to disturb them and only looked at his grandchild while being carried by his dad.

However, it couldn't be denied that Prince Charles looked proud when he was looking at Archie. He was smiling at the kid, which was also similar to his reaction when he played with Prince Louis. Although he seemed more tactile with Prince William's son, it was because of Kate Middleton's body language.

Judie James explained that the Duchess of Cambridge made sure Prince Charles and Prince Louis were enjoying their bond at the time. The way she held her youngest son seemed to indicate that she wanted his father-in-law to play with him.

She even looked at Prince Charles' face, watching his reaction while he was playing with Prince Louis. Prince Harry, alternatively, seemed lost in love as he looked at his firstborn.

To recall, on the birth of Archie, Prince Charles was on a royal tour in Germany in May. However, he couldn't help but gush with the arrival of his new grandson, per CafeMom. In a speech, he said that it was a pleasure to return to Berlin, especially as the grandfather of a new grandson. He even added that they were delighted to hear the news and excited to meet the baby when they returned to London.

In total, Prince Charles now has four grandchildren. He has three grandkids from Prince William and Kate Middleton and one from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
