The reports and rumors about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce and custody battles continue to develop in recent times. Despite the fact that most of these things have been finalized already, several tabloids and magazines have remained focused on the former couple's life.
A few days ago, magazines and tabloids were claiming that the Maleficent actress has a huge plan of escaping her former husband. In these reports, it was also said that Angeline Jolie is "scheming" to bring all her children, whom she all shares with Brad Pitt.
A source revealed in numerous publications that this is Angelina's way of "getting back" to Brad. It's an "all-out assault" to make the Troy actor "pay," figuratively and "literally."
It was explained that Angeline Jolie has been planning to make Brad Pitt pay huge amounts of money for child support. Once he can no longer sustain the arrangement, he will be "forced" to let Angie live abroad, along with the kids. The source further shared that, "knowing Angie," this is going to be the "primary focus" of her lawyers.
While it is no longer surprising that tabloids and magazines continue to attack Angelina Jolie's character, Gossip Cop still went on to debunk these reports and revealed that these are all "total nonsense and illogical."
As explained by the reputed publication, the reports are "illogical," given that Angeline cannot set the terms of Brad Pitt's child support. It will be based on the judge's discernment and approval.
Also, it was noted that the former couple already "reached" a "temporary custody agreement." In this arrangement, all of the said celebrities' financial information and documents were handed over to the judge and each other's legal teams.
Accordingly, both parties are knowledgeable of each other's financial tracks and records. Hence, it will be impossible for Angelina Jolie to set a higher range of financial support on Brad Pitt's part.
Regardless of these notions, Gossip Cop still went to talk with the actress' representative. It was found out that the reports are fabricated, and Angeline is not planning to escape with her kids.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Angelina Jolie shared that she always wanted to live abroad with her children. However, she, as well as the kids, have to stay in Los Angeles "where their father chooses to live." Additionally, the actress also revealed that she would move to abroad once the kids "turned 18."
