Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid are reportedly reviving their relationship following the supermodel's breakup with The Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron. Reports have it that Hadid and Malik are getting in touch recently and exchanging messages casually.

It has been rumored that the 24-year-old supermodel and the former One Direction member are rekindling their friendship-or perhaps their romance-after Hadid broke up with Cameron last month.

The two split after a couple of months of dating. Things move to fast between the model and the Bachelor Nation star, and it was too much for them to handle. Coupled with public scrutiny, they decided to end their whirlwind romance last month.

A source told E! News that former couple split amicable and they remain as friends. However, they also both unfollowed each other on Instagram a month after they broke up.

On the contrary, fans noticed that Hadid started to like Malik's posts on social media such as Zayn's promotion of his new track, "Flames." ZiGi fans also noticed that Gigi liked the post of Malik's sister, Waliyha, of their recent family photo with Zayn.

An E! News source said the former lovers are not getting back together. However, the insider confirmed that the two are in good terms at the moment.

"Gigi has always had a soft spot for Zayn and they have a lot of history together," a source told E! News.

Hadid and the "Pillowtalk" singer first sparked dating rumors in late 2015 after his engagement with Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards was called off in August 2015. Hadid and Malik announced their breakup in emotional posts on Twitter in March 2018.

This is not the first time Zayn and Gigi have been rumored to be reviving their love story. After they split, the two stopped communicating with each other. However, they were also spotted multiple times together afterwards ,which sparked rumors that they were back together.

The rumored reconciliation only lasted in early 2019. They did not issue a statement about the breakup. A couple of months later, Malik publicly declared on Twitter that he still loves Hadid while a source told Us Weekly that Gigi still has feelings for her former beau.

Hadid, at the time, chose to be single and did not act on her feelings for Malik apparently because of his issues. Then, Bella Hadid's sister started dating Cameron in summer.
