Kanye West used to have sold-out concerts, but it looks like those times are now gone with his new opera presentation at Hollywood Bowl. The famed rapper is about to stage a performance, called Kanye West: Nebuchadnezzar - An Opera, on Nov. 24, but the ticket sales are in a slump and thousands are still available a couple of days before the event.

Hollywood Bowl venue has 18,000 seats available. However, according to Ticketmaster, via Radar Online, the tickets in every section are still available.

Ticket sales are said to be limited to four per person only, but there are still a bunch of it that is for sale. Hollywood Bowl doesn't even put every seat on sale, as the top level and far side seats seem to be reserved.

The front and back seats, on the other hand, are priced at $700 and $20, respectively, but those are still not sold out yet - not even the latter. Does the shine of Kanye West's star power already fade?

Hollywood Bowl noted on its website that Kanye West is set to launch a new opera, Nebuchadnezzar. It is named after an ancient Babylonian King. The event will be directed by the performance artist Vanessa Beecroft and feature mostly the rapper's music from his Sunday Service choir.

The show's gold-plated invite is said to be designed by Nick Knight and listed other music pieces from Peter Collins and Infinities Song. Variety reported that Kanye West's Hollywood Bowl opera is in line with his recent activities, like the Christian-theme Sunday Service performances and new album, Jesus is King.

The show is more likely to follow the format of his Sunday Service. However, its title seems to suggest that the performances will be different and will feature a new twist.

Kanye West's Sunday Service is similar to the church services. However, Kim Kardashian's husband is mostly featured only as a second performer here. Although he is overseeing the event and is the center of it all, he only occasionally sings and raps or plays the keyboard and percussion.

The opera's title, Nebuchadnezzar, was the one who ruled the Babylon in the 6th and 7th centuries B.C. He is famously known as the king who conquered Jerusalem in the Bible's Book of Daniel.

Meanwhile, Kanye West recently dropped his latest album, Jesus King, on Oct. 27, and he is now reportedly ready for a major concert tour to promote his new music. The singer-songwriter even revealed that he is all prepared to hit the road again.
