The Reagan family members will deal with all sorts of stuff in their respective careers in Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 9. Eddie will confront her superior about her father-in-law. Erin will have an issue with a psychiatric consultant's diagnosis of her client while the Reagan patriarch will be forced to do something that he is not comfortable to act on.
The synopsis for Blue Bloods Season 8 Episode 9 indicated Eddie Janko-Reagan (Vanessa Ray) will confront her boss, Sergeant McNichols (Stephanie Kurtzuba) who has a vendetta with her husband's father, Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck). Eddie tells Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) about her boss. He offers to talk to McNichols but Eddie says she can handle her own battle.
Erin Reagan (Bridget Moynahan) will be working on a case of a nanny that is accused of abuse. The Assistant District Attorney will have her talk to psychiatric consultant Dr. Alice Dornan (Jennifer Bowles) but Erin will disagree with Alice's diagnosis and punishment suggestion.
Meanwhile, Anthony(Steve Schirripa) raises his concern about Erin working for long hours. Anthony believes Erin is going through a midlife crisis because of changes that happened in her life lately. He explained that he had experienced what Erin is going through right now. The lawyer, however, dismisses Anthony's observation but thank her for the concern anyway.
Erin's brother, Detective Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg), on the other hand, will go undercover. He will look into the case of a woman who claims to have heard someone plotting a murder.
Elsewhere, Frank is being forced by Mayor Peter Chase (Dylan Walsh) to make changes in his staff but the police commissioner is skeptical about it. It seems like the mayor has a specific name in mind that he wants out of the office that is why he is forcing Frank to make staffing changes.
In the teaser for Blue Bloods Season 8 Episode 9, Frank is seen telling Garrett Moore that the mayor wants to replace the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information. Is Garrett losing his job?
It would be interesting to see how Frank will handle the situation. Will he abide by the mayor's order or stands by his staff. Blue Bloods Season 8 Episode 9 airs on Nov. 22 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
