Prince Andrew is now facing fallout after his disastrous interview with Emily Maitlis on BBC Newsnight. Some said that the Duke of York's arrogance and lack of sympathy for Jeffrey Epstein's victims are to blame for the turn out of the discussion. However, Piers Morgan said it his being "dimmed" and "entitled" that put him on his current situation.

The 59-year-old famed broadcaster blasted Sarah Ferguson's former husband for the arrogance he showed during his controversial interview, per Daily Mail Online. He suggested on an episode of Good Morning Britain that the prince should have his HRH title to be taken off due to his link with the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.

Princess Diana's former butler Paul Burrell stressed that Prince Andrew's royal title is his birthright, but Piers Morgan hit him back. He said the issue that the duke got involved in was "very serious," as Jeffrey Epstein might be one of the worst pedophiles in American history. The host even added that people didn't want to see Andrew at the Trooping of Color due to his being dimmed, entitled, and arrogant in the interview.

Paul Burrell continued to come to Prince Andrew's defense, saying that he was "left vulnerable and isolated" from the rest of the royal family. So, he had no experience to perform well in a TV interview.

"He was lying through his back teeth through most of it. The internet brought the receipts," Piers Morgan responded. He went on to say that the internet earthed proofs of all the things that Prince Andrew said that he didn't do. The journalist even accused Andrew of taking everyone "for mugs" after he claimed that he didn't party and never sweat, while pictures brought online showed the opposite.

Some also noticed that Prince Andrew showed a lack of concern for Jeffrey Epstein's victims by pushing the interview ahead. According to The Independent, it is strongly believed that he personally decided to have a talk with Emily Maitlis on BBC Newsnight, disregarding his adviser's warning about the damage it would cause to his reputation.

His talk resulted in widespread criticism. Queen Elizabeth II's former press secretary DickieArbiter even described the interview as not much of a car crash, but an "articulated lorry crash."

Women's Equality Party founder Catherine Mayer even questioned Prince Andrew's intelligence. She even said that it was very wrong of him to pretend that he was concerned about Jeffrey Epstein's victims. Green Party co-leader Sian Berry also added that what he did was "not a very empathetic interview.
