After taking a week of hiatus on small screens, 911 Season 3 returned a few days ago with a bang. The episode titled, Fallout seemingly centered on the crew's meteor shower crash cases.
The "fallout" is likely a reference to the episode's cases. However, it also shows that the characters are also experiencing a genuine fallout in their respective personal lives. Hence, the title.
Maddie, Bobby, and Eddie faced their challenges in the course of the installment. But, it seemed like the dynamic centered on "Hen's ordeal."
In an interview with TV Line, actress, Aisha Hinds, who plays the role of Hen, shared that she is not going anywhere despite all the speculations and queries regarding her character's near-fatal accident. As suggested, the accident that happened in the previous episodes only allowed Hen's character in 911 Season 3 to grow further.
In Episode 9, fans witnessed how Hen's guilt consumed her over the accident. While struggling to cope at first, she was able to pull through after bumping into Stacey.
Accordingly, this only goes to show that the dynamic of her character just continues to improve as Season 3 approaches its near end.
On another note, the show may have probably returned. However, it is worth noting that the upcoming episode will already serve as 911 Season 3's mid-season finale.
Based on Cartermatt's assertions, Episode 10 titled, Christmas Spirit will still feature new cases for the 118 crew. As the title suggests, the theme of the episode will center on the upcoming Holiday season, which is only fitting as a mid-season ender theme.
But, aside from the Christmas-related cases, the episode will also center on Bobby's arc. According to the official synopsis, he will receive shocking news that will probably serve as a cliffhanger for the show.
The publication is also certain that cliffhangers will be apparent given that 911 Season 3 will take a long break after the mid-season finale. While no confirmations have been shared yet as to when it will return, many have been claiming that it might continue the course in March 2020.
It was further contended that Maddie would also play a part in the upcoming episode. Looking back at the previous episodes, it seemingly appears that she has been resolving certain issues of her own. So, it is likely that this aspect on her arc will finally be resolved when 911 Season 3 Episode 10 airs on Dec. 2, on FOX.
