Earlier this week, fans and netizens were shocked to witness Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez together in a Facebook Portal advertisement. What made the whole clip funny was when JLo's fiance appeared in the video as well and created a very "awkward" situation for the "besties."
In the short clip, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez were seen in their early morning clothes with their face masks on. The Maid In Manhattan actress started talking about how she loves Portal lets them "have time together" despite being in their respective homes. Kim quickly responded and agreed to her friend's notions.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star then moved the conversation centering on her "amazing plans" for their upcoming "holiday party." But, before she could spill the details, Jennifer Lopez's soon-to-be-husband entered the room, hilariously, wearing the same pink face mask on that JLo is wearing. Upon seeing what the two celebrities were up to, he immediately greeted Kim Kardashian on the monitor and asked what they are talking about.
The besties, Jennifer and Kim, seemingly secretive of the topic, told him that they are just talking about "stuff." Everything went in total awkward silence while Alex patiently waits for them to continue the conversation.
Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian looked "annoyed" with Alex's entrance as per Hollywood Life. As the two stars waited for him to leave, he just smiled and told them that he loves stuff. Afterward, he shared that the moment "was fun," and they must do it all "more often."
The clip ended without revealing what Kim's plans are. Even so, fans enjoyed every bit of the 30-second ad.
But, aside from the "top-secret" deets that they have for their party, the viewers have been more curious about Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez's close friendship. As it happens, no one knew that the two stars are close for more than a decade now.
In an interview with People's magazine, Alex Rodriguez revealed that Kim Kardashian had been a good friend to him and Jennifer Lopez. He further shared that Kim and Jennifer have been friends for a long time now and that the reality star has been like a "mentee" to his fiance.
It was also stated in the interview that Kim Kardashian always joins their family in several gatherings and occasions - from holiday events all the way to "Taco Tuesdays" at Alex and Jennifer Lopez's residence.
The ad was released just earlier this week. Kim also shared it on her social media accounts, where she mentioned Jennifer, whom she called her "bestie."
