Dex decided to spend some time with Liz, but everything turned unexpected as the two slept together. The previous episode concluded with Dex realizing she may have betrayed her friend. The trailer of Stumptown episode 9 hinted she'll be facing the consequence of her actions.
In the promo, it looks like Dex is trying to hide what happened that night from Grey. However, Ansel told him that the two women had a sleepover at Dex's room. But despite hearing that, Grey still wants to hear it from Dex, rather than making an assumption. It looks like she confessed to him what happened.
Since the episode serves as the winter finale, it's very likely the freshman series will leave a huge cliffhanger -- particularly with Dex and Liz's relationship. A cliffhanger might also be a big help to make viewers keep watching the series.
And although the Stumptown just debuted this year, many viewers were already hooked by it. The series comes with a mixture of drama, as well as cool settings. In addition, the show still has a lot to offer and there are still a lot of stories worth exploring.
