Elsa Pataky recently gave a glimpse of her newly-designed Christmas tree at their home in Australia. In the snap, she was putting some decorations on it with her three kids, but her husband, Chris Hemsworth, was nowhere to be found. This scene gave birth to rumors that the Spanish model was furious with The Avengers star as she had to prepare for the holidays alone.
A tabloid used the 43-year-old star's post as a premise of its phony story. At the time she was preparing their family's Christmas tree, the 36-year-old actor was in New York City for the shooting of a Huge Boss commercial. Allegedly, this made the actress upset.
An alleged source said that Elsa Pataky felt alone at home with their children while Chris Hemsworth was busy wandering around the world. It must be hard for the female film producer to be stuck in Australia, where she has no close family and has to raise their kids.
The insider continued to say that the Tidelands star often gets lonely, especially on the holidays, as she knows she can't keep the father of her kids at home for a long while. "He's just not wired that way," the tipster added.
Gossip Cop debunked this story, saying that tabloid only made recurring stories about Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth's alleged problem with his work and schedule. Although the Thor star admitted that he is finding it hard to balance work and family, he is doing his best to deal with it.
He even told GQ last year that some of his roles already suffered because he wanted to spend more time with his wife and kids. Elsa Pataky and their children also come with him whenever he has to work too far.
Chris Hemsworth, too, has no plans to leave his family on Christmas day. He was only in New York City to film a commercial. He was back in Australia to be with Elsa Pataky and their kids, and a source even confirmed that he would be spending the festivity with them.
To recall, Elsa Pataky and her three kids, India, Tristan, and Sasha, put their Christmas tree last week. The matriarch gave their fans a glimpse of their activity when she posted it on Instagram. The four were busy working on their decorations, wearing their most comfortable loungewear, and later changed it to matching pajamas.
They adorned it with tinsel, baubles, and candy canes. "Con cuadros y a lo loco! Some like it plaid!" Elsa Pataky captioned the snap.
