The First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, has been slammed by several netizens on various social media platforms, especially on Twitter, after she posted a series of updated about her campaign, Be Best. While some of the negative responses were focused on the impacts of her initiative, the majority of the criticisms seemingly involved her past prior to becoming Donald Trump's wife.
It is no longer surprising that the president's wife is being subjected to intense media and public scrutiny. Amid all the controversies that their family is facing, not to mention, the ongoing impeachment hearing of the U.S. President, overflowing criticisms and judgments have been very apparent in the First Lady's life today.
According to reports, Melania Trump shared an update on the said platform about her campaign against opioid abuse. In the tweet, she stated that the "announcements" made by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, along with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services are all aimed for promotion of "more coordination" and "integration" among these organizations for the purpose of caring the "most vulnerable" individuals, especially those who are affected by the "opioid crisis."
She also ensured that her initiative, "#BeBest," will continue to support all the "work" to combat the said crisis. Although her update about the campaign is good news for some, many people deemed it as "absolute crap."
Several individuals immediately responded to her tweet by criticizing her work, in general, as the United States First Lady. While Melania Trump has kept her silence over the commotion, the criticisms and objections seemingly continued up until today.
Based on the replies made by her critics, it looked like that she has been "attacked" by using her "past career" against her. Some left "sarcastic" comments and others even posted a semi-nude photo of Melania.
It was also claimed by some of the netizens that the First Lady used to be a "soft porn" star, which largely explains all the semi-nude photos posted by others.
But, despite all the hate and angry responses made toward Melania Trump, there were still several individuals who showed their support and comfort for Donald Trump's wife. In fact, there were some who even attested that her "Be Best" campaign has been nothing but, helpful, especially among those in need. Others also left compliments toward Melania for her good work and impressive character.
