According to Express UK, these photos and clips depicting the glamorous First Lady "sparked" a lot of rumors about her surgery. Instead of supporting her for her newly operated kidneys, criticisms were thrown to Melania since many noticed that her breasts have gotten bigger. Correspondingly, a lot of people concluded that she had plastic surgery.

Despite the efforts of the First Lady for the said campaign, many slammed her for this campaign because of her alleged plastic surgery, along with all the other allegations made about her. One netizen even asserted that if people are waiting for Melania to "be best," it is not going to happen. She is a "sham" and a "waste of time."
