Sulli and Taeyeon shared a close friendship when the former f(x) member was still alive and netizens recently recalled the last heartbreaking conversation that the pair had on Sulli's show.

It can be recalled that Sulli was found dead in her home at the age of 25 last October 14. While police stopped short of ruling her death as a suicide, they found no traces of foul play or drug use at the end of their investigation.

Netizens were saddened by the news and Sulli's death was collectively mourned by the entire entertainment industry and her fans. Most recently, clips of Sulli's last encounter with her unnie, Taeyeon, surfaced on Twitter where netizens shared their sadness over Sulli's loss, Kpopstarz reported.

On the screenshot from an episode of Jinri Store, a variety show that Sulli participated in, Taeyeon made a surprise appearance to support her friend. In the last scene, the two idols embraced tightly and said goodbye.

Sulli promised Taeyeon that she will never forget the moment, but Taeyeon assured her that they can make new memories together. It was the last conversation that the public witnessed between the pair.

Sulli and Taeyeon shared a long history. It was reported that the friends started becoming close during their elementary days. They even shared a dorm when they were training at SM Entertainment.

Netizens expressed regret that the pair could no longer make any memories together because of Sulli's death. Some even said that the relationship they shared was special because they were more like sisters than friends.

"Taeyeon adored Sulli a lot," a netizen remarked.

"We cannot imagine what kind of loss Taeyeon had. They both worked so hard for their dreams and I'm going to support them forever," another shared.

It can be recalled that after news broke about Sulli's death, fans expressed worry about Taeyeon, who also confided about her battle with depression. Fans bombarded the singer with words of support and comfort, knowing about her close friendship with Sulli.

Fans even urged her to delay the release of her comeback album, Purpose, to focus on her mental health and encouraged her to grieve properly rather than keep her feelings bottled up, Koreaboo reported.

As a result, Taeyeon pushed back the release date of her album to October 28. Her title track, Spark, earned rave reviews from music experts for its strong inspiring message for people who were seeking their purpose in life, Billboard reported.
