Shameless season 10 episode 10 is arriving within a few weeks on Showtime, with the title "Now Leaving Illinois." This episode is important to some of the characters, particularly to Ian and Mickey since their relationship is still being tested and they're now at odds.
In Shameless season 10 episode 10, Mickey's antics prompted Ian to go online dating. The storyline of these two is probably one of the important parts of this episode. They're now at odds and their relationship is facing several problems.
While most viewers want them to stay together and be happy, everything wouldn't be that easy for them. Ian and Mickey's relationship will be tested, especially now that some stumbling blocks are coming in their way. Thus, they have to find ways on how to stay together.
In addition, the "let's get married" storyline caused further problems in their relationship; largely because of how Ian reacted once he found out Mickey didn't really murder their probation officer. This makes their situation even more complicated.

As for what else is coming on Shameless season 10 episode 10, Carl discovered something at his new job, while an incident in the Tamietti family presents Tami and Lip with a new opportunity. Also, Frank lands in front of a judge due to Faye's betrayal.
Faye is the newest love interest of Frank this season -- but she isn't a Shameless love interest. She's her own animal, determined and smart, and wants some answers from Frank. Faye blames him for some of her traumas in her past and determines to know the truth regarding his past connections with Kyle.
Elizabeth Rodriguez plays the recurring role of Faye; a woman who will bring some drama to the Gallagher family. The character is a "femme fatale" and plans to get closer to Frank. Her ulterior motive will not be revealed, but she'll cause chaos because of her slightly antagonistic role.
Shameless season 10 episode 10 will air on Sunday, Jan. 12, on Showtime.
