BTS is kicking off the year with a comeback and they're already teasing what's in store for their fans when Map of the Soul:7 comes out on February 21.

According to a report by Soompi, Big Hit Entertainment has literally mapped out the schedule for BTS' comeback by releasing the full schedule of activities via a comeback map. Based on the scale of the promotion schedule, BTS has prepared to take over the world to serve an epic comeback to its global ARMY.

BTS is expected to release a series of comeback trailers which will feature one song per member. The first of the teaser trailers will be called Shadow, which will drop on January 10 featuring a surprise member. The teasers will continue with Connect, BTS: Online and Connect, BTS: London on January 14. Connect, BTS: Berlin will come out a day after.

The first single of the album will be released as early as January 17. This will come out together with an art film by MN Dance Company.

The second phase of the comeback will kick off on January 21with Connect, BTS: Buenos Aires and Connect, BTS: Seoul on January 28.

RM, J-Hope, Jin, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will release a second comeback trailer with the song EGO on February 3 before continuing with the Connect series with Connect, BTS: New York City on February 4.

The much-anticipated concept photos for RM, J-Hope, Jin, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will be released from February 10-13 while the tracklist of the album will finally be unveiled on February 17.

Finally, BTS' comeback album Map of the Soul: 7  will finally be released on February 21. As a special treat to fans, the group will release a Kinetic Manifesto Film: Coma Prima by BTS along with the reveal of their title track.

However, the official music video for BTS' title track will only be released on February 28, a week after the album is released. Pre-orders will open for Map of the Soul:7 on January 9 and it is expected that fans will quickly sell out the album in record time, given BTS' track record for sold-out merchandise.

This comeback is especially meaningful to ARMYs because it may take a while before the seven-member group promotes as a complete team even before Jin enlists for the military.

Based on the rules of mandatory service, travel restrictions may apply to artists over 27 years old who have not yet completed their military enlistment. Jin, who turned 27 last December, may need to apply for Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to go on tour, Newsweek reported.
