Prince Charles once had an interesting encounter with a gorgeous model from Australia, who grabbed the headlines when she rushed to kiss the Prince of Wales while he was half-naked on the beach. Royal photographer Kent Gavin personally witnessed this kiss unfolding with his own camera, which he later admitted to the heir to the throne was a set up to make him look more relatable in public.

According to Daily Express, Prince Charles used to have his morning swim and body surfing routine at the beach during a visit to Perth in Australia in 1979. Gavin recalled, in the documentary Royalty Close Up: The Photography of Kent Gavin, how he came up with the idea to set up Prince Charles.

He spoke to model Jane Priest about rushing to Prince Charles as he emerged from the water to plant a kiss on the Prince of Wales. The plan was going down well and Priest attempted to touch Prince Charles' bare chest, as well as give him a kiss, but then he buckled and told her no.

That a gorgeous woman came up to Prince Charles while he was swimming in the beach became front page news in Australia and the U.K. However, as much as he looked quite embarrassed about what happened, the people around him later confessed that it was all a set up and" a PR thing" so that he would look more relatable.

Meanwhile, Prince Charles, reportedly, arrived in Norfolk from Oman to attend the crisis talks with Queen Elizabeth, Prince William and Prince Harry. The royal family will thresh out what will happen next to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex now that they have expressed in public that they would like to step down as senior royals.

According to Hello!, Prince William was already in Norfolk when his father arrived but there are still no signs of Prince Harry. The crisis meeting is set to take place Monday afternoon with Meghan Markle also joining the conversation via telephone. The Duchess of Sussex is currently in Canada with her baby.

Some issues that will be resolved include Prince Harry and Meghan's living expenses, their royal titles and their plans to go commercial with their Sussex brand. Earlier this week, Buckingham Palace said that initial talks between parties have been progressing positively. Queen Elizabeth ordered her heirs to resolve this matter in a matter of days.
