Power season 6 episode 13 aired last Sunday night on Starz, with the title "It's All Your Fault." A lot of things happened within this episode, but one of the highlights is Tommy's storyline. He's likely leaving the series, with some speculating the recently released episode sets a Tommy Egan spin-off.
In the closing minutes of Power season 6 episode 13, Tommy found himself going to California rather than staying in New York. He realized that a lot of people want him dead, and there's nothing left for him after everything that happened.
Tommy figured out where his future should be, and it's somewhere else. He needs to prepare himself even though it might be difficult for him. Joseph Sikora's character is a survivor and if he makes it out to California, CarterMatt noted we'll probably see him in a different story.
Based on what happened to him in Power season 6 episode 13, there's a possibility he'll be getting a different story -- probably spin-off. However, nothing has been confirmed as of the moment. It's also worth noting that Tommy has done a lot of bad things, so redeeming the character would be hard.
But then, Power is a series that's not all about character's redemption. It's all about seeing them move through a conflicted world and facing struggles and difficulties. Tommy is one of the most dangerous characters in the series, but his story proved to be one of the most interesting ones.
Tommy has been the highlight of Power season 6 episode 13, bring a day full of ups and downs. He had a family that cared for him before but lost all of them. He decided to run away from New York as he realized he had no operation, no protection, and he's scared.
Tommy soon discovered that it was Tasha who killed LaKeisha -- not Ghost. After learning the truth about his girlfirend's death, he was able to see a bit clearer. Tommy initially believed Ghost killed LaKeisha since he took his love away from him.
But, Kate explained to Tommy that Ghost has no reason to kill LaKeisha. He then learned the truth that it wasn't Ghost, and although he had the chance to get revenge against Tasha, he didn't take it. Also, the episode showed some of Ghost's final moments, it's apparent that he's dying and Tommy was there to comfort him.
