Johnny Depp and Amber Heard separated in 2016, but their court battle continues. New rumors emerged that the Pirates of the Carribean actor is furious after photos of his ex-wife surfaced getting intimate with her rumored new girlfriend, Bianca Butti.

Though Heard has yet to officially confirm her relationship with Butti, the two were photographed kissing recently outside a hotel in Palm Spring, California. Butti is the cinematographer of the VH1 series Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta. According to the National Enquirer, Depp is convinced that Heard is using the paparazzi so she could rub on his face that she is in a new romance.

"That's because any time she's asked about a new relationship she uses the opportunity to dredge up all the dirty details of her marriage with Johnny," the outlet's source claimed.

Gossip Cop checked on with its source that is close to the situation, who confirmed that the Enquirer story is fabricated. The insider insisted that Depp isn't concerned with Heard's love life as it has nothing to do with their legal battle.

Gossip Cop noted that this is not the first time the tabloid published a story that put the Murder on the Orient Express actor in a bad light. In 2017, it claimed that Depp turned down interviews to promote Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales movie because he didn't want to be asked questions about Heard.

The story was proven as inaccurate as the actor appeared on both The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his film. He also attended the press tour across the world for the movie.

Heard filed for divorce from Depp in May 2016 and also obtained a temporary restraining order against the actor. She stated in her court filing that he had been verbally and physically abusive throughout their relationship.

Three months later, the ex-spouses reached a settlement in which Depp paid the Aquaman actress a settlement of US$7 million, which she donated to charity. Their divorce was finalized in January 2017.

But then, Heard wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post in December 2018 claiming that she was a domestic abuse victim of Depp. In return, the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald actor filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Heard. He also submitted documents claiming that his ex-wife was the one who got physically abusive during their marriage rather than the other way around.

Butti is the most recent person that has been linked to Heard. She previously dated Argentinian director Andy Muschietti, Heidi Klum's ex Vito Schnabel, and tech billionaire Elon Musk.
