The episode featured great stories to some of the characters, particularly with Ian and Mickey getting married. Wells said the couple needs to figure out how to live together and make compromises to make their marriage successful. Ian and Mickey both have strong personalities, so they need to work together to avoid issues and conflicts.

Wells also shared what viewers can expect in season 11, which serves as the series' final run and discussed the possible appearance of Emmy Rossum's Fiona. He said he would love to have the actress back in the series, but they also need to consider other things. Currently, Rossum is off going other things, so her return in the series depends on her schedule.

The actress has a busy schedule, but Wells is hoping they could get her back at some point in the final installment. Yet, he also said they would understand if she doesn't and they understand that Rossum is committed to other things. Wells admitted Fiona's return would be great for the Gallaghers, but the story will still work without her.

Meanwhile, as for what else happened in Shameless season 10 finale, Lip relapsed after he and Tami got into a shouting match. He had two drinks during the wedding, but the good thing is that he was able to patch things up with Tami. The episode also featured Kevin proposing to V, hinting that the final season would have another wedding.
