Earlier this week, a lot of people got intrigued over the headlines of many tabloids claiming that Meghan Markle will have a sit-down "tell-all" interview with Ellen DeGeneres. This comes after the celebrity host seemingly confirmed her excitement after being asked about it.
According to Daily Mail, The Ellen Show's host was asked previously if she is "excited" to sit down with the Duchess of Sussex for an interview n her show. Without any hesitation, Ellen responded that she is "excited."
After the short clip went viral on various media outlets, many are convinced that Meghan Markle will be participating in an episode of the show in the future. Although nothing much has been said after, this sparked a lot of rumors and allegations that the Duchess will now "expose" the Royal Family for their secrets.
Several tabloids claimed that Prince Harry is the one who has been "insisting" his wife to "talk about everything." Sources from various magazines also shared that this is because the Duke is "holding a grudge" against his family, especially Queen Elizabeth II.
The sources further went to share that the royal-born Prince "thinks" that Ellen DeGeneres' is the "perfect platform" for his "revenge." He wants the Duchess to reveal all the dark secrets, including the "backstabbing, arguments, favoritisms, and feuds."
Alongside the Duke of Sussex, Meghan Markle was also said to agree that this must be done now that they are no longer working royals. Not to mention, they no longer need to follow royal protocols.
It was also asserted that the Duchess felt "betrayed" by "other members" of the Royal Family. So, it is only fitting to go for a sit-down "tell-all" interview, the source added.
While the interest of the public over this matter continues to grow a few days after the reports circulated, Gossip Cop contended that none of these things are true. The reason being is that Ellen DeGeneres' response claiming that she is "excited" is reportedly "hypothetical."
The reputed publication also went on to dispute that this confirms nothing. Even so, it was revealed that they still checked in with a source close to the celebrity host.
Based on the claims made by the insider, the alleged "tell-all" interview is not true at all. What remains a fact, though, is that Meghan Markle and Ellen DeGeneres are good friends. So, a sit-down interview might not happen today but, it is "possible" that the Duchess will appear on her friend's show in the future.
