When Calls the Heart season 7 is arriving on Hallmark Channel later this month. There are a lot of things to expect in the upcoming installment, especially with Elizabeth. In addition, there are also some exciting things waiting for other characters in Hope Valley.
When Calls the Heart season 7 sees Elizabeth in a love triangle situation. Series star Erin Krakow previously shared a clip on Twitter featuring her character facing Nathan and Lucas. The video alone suggests a possible love triangle would be one of the central stories of the new season.
Hallmark Channel likely wants to promote When Calls the Heart season 7 in this way. Elizabeth has gone through so much, so the producers likely want her to find love again. Yet, that doesn't mean she'll going to find that immediately. She's in a tough situation and needs to choose between Nathan and Lucas.
However, there is also a chance Elizabeth might not end up with either of them. There is a possibility that another love interest arrives at some point this season. Nothing is confirmed at the moment, but CarterMatt noted the character might end up being with someone different.
Aside from the romance, there are also other exciting things worth exploring in When Calls the Heart season 7. Rosemary and Lee are planning for a vacation, while Faith comes back with a dilemma and may cause her to part ways from Carson. As for Gowen, she will be interviewed for a business magazine.
Meanwhile, the spinoff When Hope Calls will debut on Hallmark Channel following the premiere of When Calls the Heart. The spin-off already aired on network's streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now, last year. And now, it will continue airing on the channel every Sunday after the new episodes of the flagship show.
When Hope Calls follows sisters Lillian (Morgan Kohan) and Grace (Jocelyn Hudon); they reconnected after years of estrangement and open an orphanage together. Along the way, the two experienced complications, such as the ambitions of growing town.
Lillian and Grace strive hard to find happiness and romance while overcoming the challenges of helping the children in their care. Chuck (Greg Hovanessian) is a town rancher-turned-veterinarian who captured Grace's attention, while Brookfield Mountie Gabriel (RJ Hatanaka) becomes interested in Lillian following a chance-encounter.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Kohan said she hopes that When Hope Calls would allow people to appreciate their families and the people in their lives. Hudon, on the other hand, calls out the series' relatability and "family values."
When Calls the Heart season 7 premieres on Sunday, Feb. 23, on Hallmark Channel.
