After all, the X-Men: Dark Phoenix star grew up in front of fans' eyes while playing Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones. However, Turner is now a grown woman who is happily married to musician Joe Jonas. In addition to that, she is reportedly expecting her first child with the Jonas Brothers member.
The news comes from Just Jared, which cites multiple sources confirming Sophie Turner's pregnancy. According to the news outlet, Turner and husband Joe Jonas are trying to keep the details of the pregnancy private for now. However, they have already informed family and friends about the good news.
"The couple is keeping things very hush hush but their friends and family are super excited for them," one of the sources claimed. A second source pointed out that, "Sophie has decidedly been choosing outfits to wear on and off the carpet to accommodate her changing body."
This is great news for fans of Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas who have been expecting the young couple to start a family right away. After all, the 23-year-old actress had previously teased about plans of wanting to have a baby with her 30-year-old husband as soon as possible.
Interestingly, Sophie Turner may have hinted at the pregnancy in an Instagram post. The Game of Thrones actress had previously shared a photo of herself and Joe Jonas along with the caption, "Happiness begins with you, bub..." At first, fans just thought that Turner was merely posting a sweet message for her husband. However, there are now speculations that Turner and Jonas had already learned the news back then but didn't want to confirm it with the actress's followers just yet.
The Game of Thrones actress married Joe Jonas in a surprise wedding in Las Vegas in May 2019. The two had a second wedding in France in June that was attended by Sophie Turner's co-star Maisie Williams. They currently live in New York City.
