It has been more than a year since Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank got married. After the Princess of York's heart-touching tribute to her husband on Valentine's Day, her mom, Sarah Ferguson, revealed she is now excited to have kids.

The couple tied the knot at St. George's Chapel in Windsor in October 2018. It was broadcasted by ITV and watched by millions of people. About 1,200 guests attended the event. The two even had a carriage procession that took them through Windsor.

According to Express, their wedding seemed to echo that of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's nuptials in the same year in the same chapel. Their wedding, too, was watched by millions through a BBC broadcast.

However, although their wedding seemed to be similar, their lives after their nuptials were far different. After Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's wedding, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced to the public that they were already expecting their first baby.

But, before that, BBC royal correspondent Jonny Dymond revealed that the Sussexes first told their immediate family about Meghan Markle's pregnancy at Princess Eugenie's wedding. Compared to her cousin, the youngest child of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson has yet to get pregnant.

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are not yet revealing their plans about having a baby. However, her mother said that even before they got married, the pair was already excited to have a kid.

In an interview on BBC's The One Show before their wedding, Sarah Ferguson called herself a "MOB" or mother of the bride and said she's so excited about the thought of being a grandmother. She even revealed that her kid and son-in-law were equally thrilled to have a child. "They are thrilled because I write children's books, and I'm a child - I haven't grown up," she said.

Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie celebrated Valentine's Day by posting a throwback photo of her and Jack Brooksbank, per Hello! Magazine. The two looked so young in the snap, where they seemed to attend a formal event as they both donned formal clothes. Eugenie was wearing a fuchsia dress with an elaborate matching fascinator, while Jack was donning a morning suit.

"This Valentine's Day I wanted to share an oldie but a goodie of Jack and I in 2010, the year we met," she captained the photo. She also greeted everyone a Happy Valentine's Day. As expected, fans loved Princess Eugenie's post and also wished them well on the heart's day.
