Prince Harry has taken to the Californian lifestyle of his wife Meghan Markle. The Duke of Sussex is reportedly embracing the healthy habits of the Duchess of Sussex, who grew up in the West Coast.

A source revealed to Entertainment Tonight that Prince Harry is enjoying the relaxing pace of the West Coast lifestyle. He has been loving yoga and and their frequent walks outdoors at their rented property in Vancouver, Canada.

The source also said that Prince Harry now enjoys a healthier diet as his wife has always been health-conscious like many West Coast natives. The royal has been dabbling in some cooking as well, which happens to be his wife's favorite hobby.

Another insider told People that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex feel much more relieved now that "a weight has been lifted off their shoulders." In January, Prince Harry and Meghan decided that they would be stepping back from their royal roles and live a private life.

Prince Harry and Meghan are now enjoying the benefits of this quiet life away from the media spotlight. The couple is apparently such real homebodies that they're relishing the time chilling with their son, Archie, and their two dogs.

However, a royal expert fears that Prince Harry's new life with Meghan away from the royal family could be "isolating." Angela Mollard said in a podcast show that this may make Prince Harry increasingly vulnerable especially after admitting to having mental health therapy before.

Mollard went on to say that the Sussex's decision to have a peaceful private life has its consequences as well as Prince Harry could be missing out on the closeness he used to share with his brother Prince William. This could also affect their son Archie because he doesn't have an extended family to bond and grow up with.

The royal expert said that after the drama of their exit from the royal family dies down, Prince Harry could start feeling lonely away from his family. Meghan also does not have an extend family as an only child and she's estranged from her half-siblings.

Meanwhile, the National Enquirer tells a different story of Prince Harry's new life with Meghan. A royal insider claimed that the duke is miserable in Canada. Apparently, he feels alone and cut off from his family.

The report also stated that Prince Harry made a "frantic" call to Kate Middleton to confess he made a mistake about leaving London. He reportedly also called Queen Elizabeth to apologize for humiliating her. Buckingham Palace made no comments about the report.
