Prince Harry's good friend, David Beckham, is throwing praises for the Duke of Sussex. The former football superstar said that the royal is an amazing dad, and he is proud of how much Prince Harry has grown up since getting married to Meghan Markle.

As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are stepping back from their royal duties after March 31, Beckham believes that his friend's decision was influenced when he became a parent. Though they have yet to talk about his move to Canada with Meghan and Archie, Beckham said that Prince Harry had changed when his son arrived in his life.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Beckham said that Prince Harry seems to enjoy being a dad to Archie. The athlete said that it is what they mostly talk about when they get together.

Beckham also said that his family loves the Sussex royal as he is an amazing person. Victoria Beckham's husband said that Prince Harry has to put his happiness first to be the loving father to his child.

Prince Harry and Beckham met in 2010 during an FA reception, along with Prince William. The latter said that he and his brother behaved like idiots and even got Beckham onboard their crazy antics.

Thus, it was no surprise when Beckham and his wife were invited to Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding in 2018. The football superstar maintained his friendship with the royal brothers, especially Prince Harry, all those years.

However, Prince Harry's decision to uproot his family to Canada for a more peaceful life away from the media spotlight received criticisms from some royal observers. In his desire to protect his family from the prying media, royal expert Angela Mollard said that the Duke of Sussex might also be isolating his son from his relatives.

Mollard wonders how Archie's relationship and bond with his royal cousins, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, will develop if the Sussexes are miles away from London. As it is, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex also do not have extended relatives around them as they live in Vancouver.

The royal expert also warned that this isolation might also impact Prince Harry himself as he's very far away from his own family. It's no secret that the Duke of Sussex admitted he had professional help before because he suffered emotionally after losing his mom at an early age.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan will be briefly back in London in the coming weeks to join the royal family for Commonwealth Day. It's still unclear, however, if Archie will be around, but early reports stated the Queen also asked the Sussexes to bring their son home.
