Prince Edward and his lovely daughter, Lady Louise Windsor, were recently spotted enjoying a horse ride together in Windsor. Believe to be Queen Elizabeth II's favorite grandchild; the firstborn of the Wessexes seem to be following the footsteps of her grandmother with this move.

The 16-year-old royal was seen with her dad on the grounds of Windsor Castle, enjoying a horseback ride. As Her Majesty is also famous for her love for horses, it looks like the kid gets this passion from her grandma.

Lady Louise looked very natural when riding as she went around the park with Prince Andrew. To keep her safe from cold and riding, she donned a bright red jacket, black helmet, and riding gloves.

Hello! Magazine noted that Queen Elizabeth's youngest granddaughter has been a huge fan of horse riding since she was a child. She even often shows her equestrian skills and competes in the British Driving Society Championship for Young Drivers.

She may also take this passion from her grandfather himself, Prince Philip, who played a major part in the development of carriage driving. He also represented Britain in three European and six world championships. Lady Louise, alternatively, won third place when she joined the Private Driving Singles carriage drive at the Royal Windsor Horse Show in May 2019.

Lady Louise and Prince Edward's rare snap of horse riding together only shows that they have a close relationship. Anyhow, Express reported that she, too, is very close to her mom, Sophie. She even accompanies her at different royal events in the past.

Aside from her, Queen Elizabeth is also fond of her brother, James, Viscount Severn. He also often attends family gatherings with his parents.

Lady Louise is the eldest child of Prince Edward and Sophie. She is the 16th in line to the throne. Although it may still be far that she will become a full-time working royal, she is expected to become an important part of the Firm.

She is often seen at royal events, as her parents are full-time working royals. They, too, are dedicated to serving the Crown. With the departure of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from the monarchy, the Earl and Countess of Wessex are expected to up their royal roles and increase their royal duties.

Queen Elizabeth reportedly puts importance on Sophie's dedication and trusts her to teach Lady Louise about her future royal duty. Although she is still at a young age, she seems to be confident of her royal role, and her presence at different royal events seems to suggest that she is now preparing for a more prominent role.
