With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's departure from the monarchy, the Duke of Sussex is said to feel terrible of upsetting his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. Although Her Majesty accepts the Sussexes' decision with open arms, there is still this one thing that Her Majesty reportedly can't take.

The monarch reportedly met her grandson for a four-hour lunch and heart-to-heart talk at Windsor Castle. It was the first time that they met again after they dealt with the royal exit in January. Here, they talked about their official departure from the Firm on March 31.

According to Express, Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth's meeting to discuss the future was "productive and positive." At the time, the Commonwealth leader told the sixth in line to the throne that he and his wife are always welcome to come back to the monarchy.

However, despite Queen Elizabeth's huge support to Prince Harry's decision, she is said to have a hard time accepting the fact that she doesn't often see her great-grandson, Archie Harrison. The 93-year-old royal is allegedly much sad of seeing Harry and Meghan Markle's son so little.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are both in the U.K. to complete the final stretch of royal engagements before they officially step down as senior royals at the end of the month. However, the royal couple decided to leave their son in Canada, instead of bringing him with them.

It only means that Queen Elizabeth can't see the little kid once again. To recall, when the pair returned in the U.K. in January after their six-week break last year, they also didn't bring baby Archie along.

It has been several months since Queen Elizabeth saw her grandchild. Sources even said that she is already stressed out that she couldn't see the kid now that he is in Canada.

An insider told Us Weekly that Queen Elizabeth is heartbroken of not getting to see Archie and Prince Harry feels terrible about hurting his grandma, who he adores. Prince Philip's wife wanted to have a relationship with the little kid, but it seemed unlikely to happen as they are miles apart.

There are reports Queen Elizabeth is "emotionally and physically exhausted" by the drama of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal exit and wants the transition to be "over and done with." However, she will remain supportive of the royal couple's decision, and the last thing that she wants Harry to feel is to be estranged from his own family.
