Former FIESTAR member Cheska recently took to Twitch to do a live broadcast and tell all about the Kpop industry. While fans may have tuned in due to curiosity, the former idol is now facing severe backlash over her statements that BLACKPINK's Lisa and TWICE Nayeon both underwent plastic surgery.

In her Ask Me Anything post, Cheska claimed that it is quite common for Kpop idols to go through plastic surgery before they debut. She admitted that she was forced to undergo double eyelid surgery by her agency before she was introduced as a member of FIESTAR, Kpopstarz reported.

However, what drew the collective ire of ONCEs and BLINKs was her unsolicited statement that both Nayeon and Lisa went through plastic surgery as well. To illustrate her point, Cheska showed some before and after images of Nayeon and Lisa and pointed out that many idols undergo surgeries that look natural so they are not as noticeable to the public.

Fans responded to the accusations by confronting Cheska about her possible motive for making such a statement. They also accused her of being jealous of the current success being enjoyed by Lisa and Nayeon prompting her to make such derogatory statements.

It can be recalled that two years after debuting with Kakao M group FIESTAR, Cheska left the group and said that there were many things that she found an issue with as a Kpop idol.

In her Twitch broadcast, she claimed that she was signed by her former agency with the promise of being the next BoA. She also claimed that she was manipulated and sexually abused when she came to Korea. She also accused the company of forcing her to lie about her background. Cheska further exposed the agency for allegedly duping them out of their earnings.

Throughout her stint as a member of FIESTAR, she said she was bullied by some of her members leading her to feel ostracized.

Cheska was not the only Kpop idol to land in hot water after doing a live broadcast on Twitch. VIXX's Hongbin also received a lot of criticism after he drunkenly went on a rant against several popular idol groups. In his broadcast, Hongbin criticized SHINEE for one of their performances and said that idol music should not be mixed with band music. He also shaded EXO for their staged gestures and accused SM Entertainment of teaching their artists how to move.Red Velvet, INFINITE, and ONF also did not escape his shading spree, leading many netizens to call out the singer, Koreaboo reported.
