Camilla Parker-Bowles is allegedly mad on Meghan Markle for overshadowing her long-planned speech about domestic violence. The Duchess of Cornwall reportedly begged other members of the royal family to give way to her address so that she could get the media's attention to an important matter. However, Prince Harry's wife was said to insist on posting photos of her at the same time of the future queen consort's scheduled talk.

Prince Charles' wife was reported to be "very upset" after the Duchess of Sussex broke her pledge not to upstage her critical speech about domestic violence. According to Mirror Online, Camilla was furious of the former actress' move to publish the photos of her visit at the National Theatre.

Allegedly, Camilla had been planning her speech on the 10th anniversary of the Women of the World Festival in London for almost a year. But, Meghan Markle managed to ruin it by just one post.

Palace officials remained tight-lipped about the issue. An insider revealed, via Express, Camilla's work for the said event was very important to her. She was eager to put the issue about domestic violence on the spotlight and everything was thoroughly planned.

"Over the last four years, she has worked tirelessly, mostly behind the scenes but to great effect, to use her platform and personal experiences to highlight the issue and help sufferers," the source added. Although it had been known that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would return to the U.K. to complete their royal engagements, everyone agreed to let Camilla's speech take precedence.

Sadly, other members of the royal family had some plans of their own. Meghan Markle's move sparked "shock and fury" inside the palace. Allegedly, the former actress refused to listen to her former's staff's pleas not to intervene in Camilla's event. In her speech, she even said she was WOW's proud president.

Meghan Markle released two photographs taken from her visit to the National Theater, which she patrons. The photos were taken by the photographer Chris Allerton, who also snapped her wedding with Prince Harry and their son's christening.

In the photos, Meghan Markle could be seen smiling next to a new virtual reality machine. She also visited a school in East London and attended the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey with her husband, Prince Harry. The event would be their final royal engagement before they step down as senior members of the royal family on March 31.
