The Walking Dead season 10 episode 12 is coming later this week on AMC, with the title "Walk With Us." The episode picks up the events happened in the previous episode, and the war between the Survivors and Whisperers continues.
There have been rumors that Michonne's storyline will be featured in the next episode. But according to CarterMatt, her story will instead air in episode 13. Now, The Walking Dead season 10 episode 12 will pick up where the previous episode left off and the battle over the Hilltop continues.
In the next episode, Negan will be helping the Whisperers and Alpha is launching an attack against the Hilltop. The promo also shows that Hilltop is in flames, while the Whisperers were looking at the aftermath in the morning.
The clip then shows Alpha telling Negan that she does not have anything she wants. Later on, Negan tells Alpha that he found what she's been looking for. The two can be seen walking towards a shack, with Negan carrying a large knife on his side.
Right now, it's still uncertain where Negan's loyalty really lies and whether he's fighting alongside Alpha or just planning something to kill the leader of the Whisperers -- just like in the comic series. The biggest twist in the comic was when Negan decapitated Alpha. He then delivered her head to Alexandria to gain their trust.
In the sneak peek of The Walking Dead season 10 episode 12, Aaron came across Negan after the Hilltop battle and this added fuel to the speculation that he may kill Alpha at some point. In the scene, Negan tried to calm Aaron down, telling him not to go and don't do something stupid, and that he can explain.
Some speculated that Negan ultimately killing Alpha may happen soon, as viewers have been questioning Negan's real motives. In the previous episode, he was slightly reluctant to go along with Alpha to destroy the Hilltop, but he still joined the Whisperers.
Negan and Alpha first met in episode 6 of the current installment, which was during the conflict between the Survivors and the Whisperers. There have been speculations that their relationship may develop into something, but many strongly suggest Negan will eventually kill Alpha.
The Walking Dead season 10 episode 12 will be arriving on Sunday night, Mar. 15, on AMC.
