After all, the boy group had previously performed a dance cover of Big Hit Entertainment labelmates BTS' hit track 'Boy In Luv'. Interestingly, their latest cover is the song 'In My Blood' by Shawn Mendes and it's a stunning rendition of the ballad.
Tomorrow X Together are currently preparing for their next comeback but that doesn't mean that the boy group doesn't have time for other activities. Their latest project is something that was a huge surprise for their fans. On Friday, March 13, the official TXT YouTube channel uploaded a new video of Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai performing 'In My Blood' by Shawn Mendes. Needless to say, MOAs were stunned by the amazing cover.
Several fans pointed out that the members of Tomorrow X Together sounded like they were all fluent in English in the song. In addition to that, the cover showed off each member's distinct voice and vocal style. For instance, the cover starts off with Hueningkai's sweet voice and is immediately followed by Beomgyu's deeper tone. Overall, it's a rendition that should impress even Shawn Mendes.
For now, it is unclear whether Shawn Mendes knows about Tomorrow X Together's cover of 'In My Blood'. However, fans are trying to reach out to the musician in hopes that he will realize how amazing it is. We wouldn't be surprised if Mendes is impressed with the cover. The cover of 'In My Blood' isn't the first major track that Tomorrow X Together has done.
