Kate Middleton was on a regular run to a local supermarket over the weekend. The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted with her kids -- Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis -- at Sainsbury in Norfolk near their Anmer Hall estate.

Royal fans alerted their friends and followers on Twitter to the presence of the Cambridges at the supermarket. One of them posted that she was asked by the security officer not to take photos of Kate and the kids.

According to other witnesses, Kate was seen browsing the racks of clothes for children. She looked elegant in her causal wear while six-year-old George, four-year-old Charlotte and two-year-old Louis were well-behaved.

A royal fan said that she noticed Princess Charlotte first, who was wearing the same coat she had on during the Christmas walk at Sandringham last year. Then the royal fan spotted Kate, who was carrying Prince Louis.

Last week, a few days after her return to an Ireland royal tour with Prince William, Kate surprised locals when she was seen at a local Waterstones store to buy some books. She was dressed in dark jeans and a light blue coat and top. According to reports, the Duchess of Cambridge was looking for some military-themed and history books.

It's unclear, however, if the books were for kids or as gifts for other children. Kate and Prince William have said time in many interviews time and again that they read to their children all the time. The duchess even shared that Prince William does voices when he's reading a fantasy story like Harry Potter.

Meanwhile, Kate confessed in a recent podcast show that she also struggles with mom guilt, just like many other regular moms. There are days when she questions her decision or she hopes that she could do things differently in raising her children.

Though Kate doesn't have a regular nine-to-five job, she largely has an in-demand schedule and duty to the U.K. as the wife of the second in line to the throne. There are times when Kate has to miss school activities and events because she has to be in a royal engagement for the Crown or the Queen.

Kate said in the podcast interview that any mom who doesn't feel the guilt is actually lying. She revealed that her kids have talked to her about their disappointments when she can't drop them off to school during the morning school run.
