Big Hit Entertainment dropped BTS MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 "Outro: Ego" Comeback Trailer on February 3 at midnight KST. ARMYs have been constantly watching the video as it provides a much lighter and brighter concept, which is a total opposite of Suga’s “Interlude: Shadow.”

But when fans recently searched for J-Hope’s “Outro: Ego” Comeback Trailer on YouTube, it was nowhere to be found. Panicked ARMYs then checked the video out on the Big Hit Entertainment YouTube channel, and it was still there. But when they use the Search button, it wasn't there.

And because of that, ARMYs demanded an answer as to why they couldn’t search for J-Hope’s “Outro: Ego” Comeback Trailer anymore by trending the hashtag #WhereIsEgo on Twitter. Many are not only upset at YouTube but at Big Hit Entertainment as well.

“BTS 'Outro: Ego' Comeback Trailer didn't appear as the top search result on Youtube no matter how we search for it. Please fix this issue as soon as possible!@BigHitEnt @bts_bighit @youtubemusic #WHEREISEGO,” one wrote. “Dear BighitEnt, Outro: EGO MV hasn't been available for Youtube & Google search. You must know this unless you decided to ignore countless tweets and emails we sent. As an agency, your job is to support artists' works and promote them. You are NOT doing your job!!! #WhereIsEGO,” another one tweeted. “It’s been over a day and, sadly, the issue has yet to be solved. Please keep emailing and reporting the issue on youtube, don’t give up! Remember to give Ego a few streams today, we need to make up for the loss #WhereIsEgo,” another one shared.

With countless emails and posts from ARMYs regarding this matter, the issue finally reached either YouTube or Big Hit Entertainment as J-Hope’s “Outro: Ego” Comeback Trailer is finally back on the search page as of this writing. In fact, one doesn’t need to write the whole thing to look for J-Hope’s video. Even if you’ll just write the keyword “Ego,” the BTS star’s music video will appear at the top of the list.

“You don’t even have to put ego jhope or ego bts. JUST ego got it all the way up!!!! Literally hoseok and our impact!!!! good job getting united and mass tweeting and emailing!!! let’s continue to do the same for google searches! #WHEREISEGO”

This is not the first time that J-Hope’s “Outro: Ego” Comeback Trailer trended a hashtag. After its release, ARMYs began to imitate one of the scenes where J-Hope was holding a birthday cake while wearing a party hat, hoodie, and pajamas and it then transitioned to a very young Jung Hoseok on his birthday wearing the same ensemble. Fans did the same thing and also imitated their old selves and uploaded their clips on Twitter with the hashtag #EgoChallenge.
