Gal Gadot has recently posted an Instagram video that touched hundreds of thousands of people across the globe. It was said that the actress was joined by her celebrity friends as they all sang their respective versions of John Lennon's iconic track, Imagine.

According to CNN News, the Wonder Woman star revealed in the first part of the video that she has been staying in as well, like the rest of the world in their respective homes. She reportedly said that it was already the sixth day of her "self-quarantine," and that the past few days have got her feeling "philosophical."

Gal Gadot went on to share that she had seen a video of an Italian man playing his trumpet at the balcony of his home amid the "weeks-long lockdown" in the country. The actress then said that the tune he was playing "goes something like this," in which she opened the first line of John Lennon's song.

After singing the first line, she was followed by another celebrity who sang the next line of the song. The video continued to show several celebrities from various industries who sang every line of Imagine until it reached the last part, and returned to the DC actress.

Gal Gadot also noted that the video she saw prior to her Instagram post has "something powerful" and "pure." This is the reason why she decided to make a video and "enlisted" her friends' help to make their own renditions of the song.

In USA Today's report, the actress also mentioned in her video that the COVID-19 outbreak has "affected" the entire world. She then emphasized that "we are all in this together."

The celebrities who joined the actress in singing Imagine included Jimmy Fallon, Mark Ruffalo, Maya Rudolph, Kristen Wiig, Norah Jones, Cara Delevigne, Sia, Natalie Portman, Amy Adams, Zoe Kravits, Will Ferrell, and other notable personalities. But, the reports noted that they were not the only ones who did videos and clips on social media to help "boost morale" amid the pandemic.

It was said that Gal Gadot and the company joined the growing list of celebrities who have been doing live performances on social media. Some of them were mostly artists including JoJo, Chris Martin, John Legend, and Keith Urban. Other reports also shared that Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato have been also doing "live concerts" on various social media platforms.
